Old Student Enrollment Procedure

1. Update your student information online via the NSDGA online portal at www.nsdga.com. Click on NSDGA PORTAL and log in using your Student Number and Password.

2. Complete all the required enrollment forms:

            - Registration Form

            - Guidance Form

            - Medical Form

3. After you have updated your student information, please take a screenshot or proof of your Successful Online Registration and present this to the Registrar’s Office for your student enrollment process.

Step 1 - Registrar’s Office - Initial Assessment  

            - Registrar’s Office - Printing and signing of Enrollment Forms  

Step 2 - Cashier - Payment of Tuition fee  

Step 3 - Registrar’s Office - Issuance of Admission Slip  

Step 4 - ID Picture Taking - Please present your Admission Slip.
